Review content:
Shopping for a mortgage to refinance our home in Westlake. Not something we were looking foreward to, but rates have been dropping and it was time. Spoke with our local bank and the current lender, both were very slow in returning calls. Our local bank pulled our credit and because there were some issues with it, we were told that they couldn't help us. I received a letter from First Ohio and called them. I spoke with Mike Mulhall who was very helpful. He took our information and within 24 hours called us back to go over the information and we had a loan package the next day. It was easy and quick. Mike and Doug answered our questions and did what they said they would do. We closed in less than 3 weeks. We got a great rate and were able to save quite a bit of money.
