My family got caught up in the economic downturn in a big way and found we needed to explore our finance/refinance options for our house. We contacted Greg Curran at First Ohio Banc and couldn't not have been more pleased with his efforts on our behalf. My situation is probably a bit different than most positive reviewers here simply because we did not ultimately get the refinance we needed and hoped for. ...However, that is not a reflection on the efforts of Greg and First Ohio. To the contrary, we felt that he explored every avenue available and put effort over and above that of any other lender we had dealt with. Even though we ultimately did not get our refinance, at the end of the process we knew that if there had been any way possible, Greg would have made it happen. It's that kind of personal attention and dedication we felt he had to us that will make us contact him again when the need arises.
