Me an my wife were in the market to buy a house shortly after our marriage in 2008. Greg expained that we may be able to qualify for a FHA loan. What is that? Ask him and I am sure he will explain it to you as he did to us. He didn't make any empty promises, pull my credit w/ asking or refuse send me a good faith estimate. I have no idea what these other peoples experiences really were but I have to believe most didn't have a shot at a decent rate or were simply trying to get to the end of a mortgage rate rainbow. Anyway, we had a great experience. We do not plan to refinance but if we do it will be with Greg and First Ohio Banc.
