I received a solicitation from First Ohio Banc & Lending just three weeks ago, offering two programs that I didn't think I qualified for. After making contact with Doug Mathews, I became a believer. Frankly, after becoming frustrated by conversations with other companies, working with Doug was very refreshing. Very professional, told the truth, and did what he (and the company) said they would. They closed my loan in under three weeks. I ended up saving enough money that i can pay my house off ten years sooner than what I expected. Kudos all the way around.
