Our family went through some significant credit challenges in 2008-2009 due to my job situation. After a referral from a friend, I contacted by a licensed loan professional, Sonya, from First Ohio Banc & Lending. She assured me my credit situation was not going to get in the way of receiving a great loan. She was right. First Ohio worked with me to improve my score substantially. When I recieved my loan approval, I did not believe it. After our loan closed, only then did it sink in. I had just gotten an interest rate and payment that saves me about $5,500 a year. Great service, great program, highly recommended.
