Review content:
We hired Dirsmith construction to repipe our house and renovate our master bathroom. Of all of the contractors we talked to, Tim was the only one who was willing to think outside the box (e.g. moving walls, moving HVAC ducting, moving toilet, etc.). Tim's ultimate design took into account everything we asked for. The folks who did the work - Frederico in particular - were absolutely meticulous in their execution. They paid attention to every detail and were very nice and friendly on top of it. What I really appreciated is that everyone at Dirsmith construction takes full advantage of modern technology to stay in the loop. They text each other (and you), they email, they call. Whenever we had a question we could ask anybody and they'd be able to get in touch with the right people and provide an answer within a few hours at most. Anytime you're dealing with an ill-defined and novel project, scheduling is going to be fluid (we're not talking 15 minute oil changes here), but Tim was very good about keeping us informed of schedule changes and delays and the whole project went VERY smoothly.
Pros: Creative Design Ideas & Meticulous Execution
Cons: none really...
