So, I heard about this office through this website and thought I would try it out. I read the bad reviews and went through the odd voice portal to schedule an appointment. I already could tell that with the way you have to schedule the appointment that they had tons of patients. But I booked a session a couple weeks in advance anyway. The morning of the appointment I called ahead to say I would be late. I got directions from a receptionist who was not specific at all. I finally got there, but they would not see me. I also knew about their $100 late policy. My fault. Whatever I rescheduled. Today was my second appointment. They have been blowing up my phone to get insurance information and just annoying the hell out of me at work. They also left messages that I listened to and blew off because they seemed unimportant. But I did make an effort to make it on time... My appointment was cancelled. Apparently Dr. Baez allows his receptionists to schedule appointments on Friday at 4:00pm that he chooses to bail out on. I felt that I should receive my $100 back. The receptionist said that the voicemail she left on my phone was enough to let me know of the cancellation, even though I was not at all notified of it nor was the word cancel stated in it. DO NOT GO HERE. I won't ever again.
