I recently had a status check with Matthew Harter regarding a very bad report from our Parenting Coordinator stating the mother has abducted the child, violates every order, and does not comply with PC directive, well common sense says that the person who does wrong gets punished, not according to Matthew Harter, he decided to punish the victim by forcing him to pay 100% of the PC service!
