I have went here for 2 1/2 years and now they have people working there that don't know what they are doing. My dog can't even get up and walk. He is in extreme pain from this so called groomer ( Bethany) who said opps I shaved him to close. And they lie about whom owns the place. They offered us free grooming for the vet bill, are you kidding me he probably will need more vet attention. He has only eaten 2 times in 5 days ... I have filed a complaint with the B B Bureaus and am stilling waiting for the so called owner whom pretends she is just the manager to even call us. Small claims court is where this will end up. I have pictures and a vet to back this up. I am making a complaint at the city also. I advise anyone whom this has also happen to to email me, file a B B B complaint and call the city of SSP about this business ASAP.
Cons: no experience and lack of respect for customers
