I brought my 7 month yorkie in for his first hair cut. I wasn't sure what I wanted other than that I didn't want him shaved. She went over options with me which I appreciated. We had talked it over and agreed between an inch to inch and a half. She started saying it would would be an inch all over. I then said I don't want it all one layer on the face. I want a yorkie puppy cut with the circular puppy face cut. When I left I thought she understood what I was talking about. Apparently not. After telling her multiple times I don't want his hair super short and shaved well that's what I got. When I picked him up 3 in a half hours later he was basically shaved. His face looked hideous. It wasn't circular nor looked like a yorkie puppy cut whatsoever. It was triangular. It was so short there's no way I can even put a top not on his head anymore. His body was basically shaved. She said she didn't use the clippers because he didn't like it so she scissor cut him. Well she sure got close with those scissors because it looked like his was shaved almost to the skin. I will never go back again!!! Watch out if you go here!
