I have been going to south paw grooming for almost 2 years, I used to have a very nice groomer who was very patient with my dogs needs and was ALWAYS happy when I walked in with my dog, I guess she left in January, they would not tell me where she went to so I decided to have someone else groom my dog. Each time I went there they were rude to me and I NEVER got the same haircut . The last time I was there, the new girl named stephanie cut my dog severly, I had to take him to the vet to get stiches!! When I called I talked to the girl who groomed him and she denied cutting my dog, I talked to the owner Roxy and she refused to pay my vet bill or give any discount on grooming, and she also was very rude,anything would have helped!! I miss the girl that used to be there and I see why she left!! They should at LEAST be curtous enough to tell people where their groomer went. I will never go back there and I told my friends to find somewhere else to go
