I don't know how anyone can badmouth Locators....First of all Mark Hunter was our agent and he was a blessing...a true blessing!!! We have been looking for some time for a place to no avail....Both my Wife and I have credit issues and no landlords would give us the time of day....So on a whim we called Locators, Mark was very intuitive to our needs and really made the whole process a delight...We found a place 6 days after we signed up...Yes you have to request property updates, yes you have to call the landlords....SO WHAT!!! Everyone that is crying saying how bad Locators is apparently didn't have the pleasure of dealing with Mark and even more apparent didn't do as you was instructed to ensure you would receive all possible property updates....WE DID AND MOVED IN 6 DAYS!!!!! CALL THEM AND TRY TO GET MARK@ EXT#603......THANKS AGAIN....WE LOVE YOU MARK!!!! :-)
