I had a week to move (next friday) or else in was straight to a hotel w/ 4 of us. I was calling ppl up last night, did some drive-bys, bright and early this morning landlord called me back n sent pics. I'm moving in today, place looks real nice from what i can see. 650 a mo no credit check, and single floor since my mother in law. Bob was straight up w me told me how it works n gave me tips.
-only downside is not ALL the Landlords give u the money back. but truthfully we were in a bind and i was real stressed and I talked to bob and not even 24 hours later everything was better.
