I am less then thrilled about this company. I should have known that it wouldnt work out. My husband and I needed to find a place by Oct. At that time there wasnt anything anygood in the papers. We saw their ad and went for it dispite our gut feelings about it. We looked online every week for the first month. I went out once a week to our target area to scout out the listings that I had found on their website. We looked at a couple and didnt find one to fit our needs...perferrably homes that werent as run down as some of the ones we looked at. And yes i know the disclaimer says that they are not responsible for the conditions of the homes. Its not that we were looking for million dollar mansions but something that was somewhat nice would have been nice. Just wanted to forwarn you all out there that things arent always as they seem and you'll get what you pay for with those homes unless your in a college town like we are then you will get crap for a high price.
