Review content:
When every course is delicious, you know you've found a gem. Although we had to wait at the bar for a few moments despite our reservations, an excellent cosmo smoothed things over. We had a nice table for two to enjoy a generous salad with parmesan and toasted nuts and the heirloom tomato salad. I had the lamb which was phenomenally tender and flavorful while my fiance had the beef tenderloin- also cooked to perfection. We shared a marvelous cheese plate and a 3 cremes dessert. In addition to the exquisite food, the waiter graciously decanted our wine and put our dessert wine on ice at our request and to the interest of many fellow diners. Even the expensive bill couldn't tarnish the fabulousness of the evening!
Pros: excellent food, not pretentious, did not leave hungry!
Cons: was I overdressed?, not a bargain
