My fiance took me to Vincent to propose. We had the tasting menu with wine. The staff was great---especially our server, Jennifer. They played along with his plans for the proposal so that I didn't know it was coming. They were polite, and our water and wine glasses were never empty. The food was delightful, each course beautifully plated with well-balanced flavors and a great wine pairing. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Hopefully we can celebrate anniversaries with trips to Vincent!
