I made an appointment for my 5 yr old daughter not knowing that their location changed, I went to te old location. I called the office and explained I had went to the wrong office. She then tell me ""Its ok, go aheas and head to the new office. She will still be able to be seen."" When I arrived at thenew office I waited for several minutes to be checked in. An extreemly rude nurse with a horriable attitude proceeded to tell me my daughter couldn't be seen today and would have to make another appointment. I explained the conversation with the lady on the phone. After which she continued to have an attitude. People who can not handle people in a professional way should not be in healthcare of customer service for that matter!!!!!1
