Mean Cold hearted Doctor!!! 4/29/2011

Upon my first visit with this Doctor. She was over a hour late for our appointment and then when she did come in she slammed the door shut and woke my child up. She then seemed to have a problem diagnosing my child. I then made her mad by asking to many questions she told me I needed to look up my questions or make another appointment and then asked me if I was aware that she was running behind and walked out and never came back to the room. I finally flagged down the nurse to see if we were free to go.. I ended up making another doctors appointment for my child with another doctor just to find out she had a simple allergic reaction to soap and that caused the rash. I will never go back again!! more

RUDE NURSE 3/11/2011

I made an appointment for my 5 yr old daughter not knowing that their location changed, I went to te old location. I called the office and explained I had went to the wrong office. She then tell me ""Its ok, go aheas and head to the new office. She will still be able to be seen."" When I arrived at thenew office I waited for several minutes to be checked in. An extreemly rude nurse with a horriable attitude proceeded to tell me my daughter couldn't be seen today and would have to make another appointment. I explained the conversation with the lady on the phone. After which she continued to have an attitude. People who can not handle people in a professional way should not be in healthcare of customer service for that matter!!!!!1 more

The best! 11/4/2010

I have always been able to get a same day appointment at either office, most times I have been given my choice of location! The office staff and nurses are friendly and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Ananth is both my sons pediatrician and I just couldn't ask for a better dr. It makes going to the dr a lot easier. more
