We completed our first project with RRR in January 2012, and our experience with them was so fantastic that they are now our first choice on any future projects.
Out of a pool of multiple contracting candidates, John was able to win us over from our very first meeting with his very open, honest personality. We could tell right away that he takes a lot of pride in his company and the work they do. Although we interviewed other contractors, John had set the bar so high that no other pre-sales meeting was able to meet up with his knowledge, expertise and recommendations.
Once we officially signed on with and hired RRR, they continued to exceed our expectations. Chris was extremely helpful throughout all of our planning meetings, carefully listening to what we wanted and making suggestions where appropriate. Throughout our project Chris provided us with regular phone calls to update us on progress, and was always easy to reach if we had questions. When unpredictable circumstances arose, such as unforeseen issues hidden within the walls, the team quickly gave us recommendations that fit within our time and budget expectations.
It is the entire team at RRR that will continue to have us coming back as a first point of contact on any housing project in our future.
