If you don't have specific time frame and if your project does not involve any excavation, these guys are alright. If you need to do any civil work, sub it out yourself. This company consistently hired bad subs for my job and did little by way of managing them. It took months to get to the substantial punchlist and has been over 2 months and it's still not done. My neighbor loved them but they have nothing but create headaches for us. If you hire them, get a specific completion date and hold retainage until final completion.
