I also looked for the phone number for this vet and was surprised to see the bad review. I have been taking my dog there only a few years but have been taking my friends for 8 years. There have been a few times I have had to cancel my appt. just a few hours before and they have never given me a problem or attitude. All customer service (as i am in the industry) have bad days but the staff at Thornwood has always been very kind and understanding. My friends dog was diagnosed with cancer and we called a couple times a day with question after question even after the vet had talked to us and they patiently listened and brought the question to the vet everytime if they couldnt answer themselves.I hate when a business is put down from one unhappy customer and I felt the need to defend Thornwood Vet Clinic because they have always shown me the most upmost respect and my friends family has been going there for years and my inlaws also brought their multiple animals there over the years. So the statement Dr Leali made about generations of the same client is indeed true.
