I read the negative review for the rentals for general rv and was a bit skeptical and decided to look around to see what my other options were. After viewing other companies vehicles we realized we were better off taking our chances with general rv since they offered new vehicles and the other places had older motorhomes. We are happy to say our experience was wonderful. We had a brand new vehicle and it even had the plastic still on the bed. Much better than what we seen everywhere else. The staff was very helpful and were willing to sit through my husbands hundreds of questions. we were new to the whole rv thing they took a lot of time to go over how to operate everything. I felt we were there for a long time but I guess it was my husband that kept asking questions. I am sure the second time around will be much faster.
