Review content:
I was referred to this animal hospital by a friend so I expected my experience to be a good one. I was not expecting what I walked into. As soon as I arrived and opened the door at 2:00 for my 2:30 appt. I was hit with this awful smell and no one seemed concerned about it. Then after filling out my paper work I had to locate someone to hand it back to. I was informed that she was the only one up front at the moment as everyone else was still at lunch. I was not called back for my appt until almost 3:00 and I was the only one there. The doctor was very matter of fact and quiet. I had to inquire about what he was doing to my dog. All the while there was very audible yelling coming from somewhere in the back of the building. Presumably at an animal. Again no one seemed to notice or care. Like it was an normal occurring. Once the exam was completed I had to wait and addition 20 min to pay. I did not leave my 2:30 appt until almost 4:00. I have since found another veterinarian in the area and have not been back to this one.
