I really do hate to be the person to complain, but I was very upset leaving this place.
I brought in a skirt to have it taken in. When I took it home I asked my boyfriend what he thought and he agreed that it wasn't taken in enough. I'm very small and many xs clothes that I buy are big on me. I went back and I asked her to take the skirt in a few more inches. At this point I didn't want her to be annoyed by me, so I brought in another item-a dress because I understand that you may not get it perfect the first time. However, when I went to pick up both for the second time, she charged me again for the skirt and twenty dollars for the dress (that's twenty-eight dollars for one skirt). She told me that I don't pick the right clothing to be altered (if she told me she couldn't do it the first time, I would have went elsewhere). All in all, I won't go back (even though Sandra is very very nice).
Pros: Sandra is so pleasant.
