I was having a pretty stressful month and being a lover of salons and spas I was eager to try Excuria. I booked a full day of beauty or so I thought....
.I booked the spa full day retreat, an herbal steam shower, Swedish massage, Excuria Signature facial, spa lunch, spa pedicure, spa manicure, blow dry styling, makeup application with chart, and Excuria Spa Gift. It was horrible! I walked into total chaos! Stylists were paying more attention to the conversations with each other than to their clients. There was no one to great me for several minutes. I waited over 45 minutes to get started. The spa staff was friendly, more so than the salon staff. They did seem to be kind of uneasy so I asked if anything was the matter. My esthetician for my facial told me the owner was a slave driver, that he would physically push some of the staff around and use fear tactics to control them, Whats worse is i was asked if i was going to leave gratuity that i would leave it directly with her because the boss steals! The same thoughts were echoed by the other staff i talked to.
In general, the services were mediocre and pricey and the drama was just too much to handle!
