Only go because I like the stylist doing my hair! Worst customer service ever experienced at a Salon! Girls not very friendly, don't ask to set up next appt., rush you thru process when trying to set up. Asked for product to be put on hold and they sold it to someone else. Offered to order it and send to me, but with no offer of discount for snubbing me. Haircut prices are high! Didn't get anything different. more

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! 12/11/2005

I absolutely love this place!!! From the time I first walked in the door, I was treated like a queen by friendly, courteous and knowledgable staff. My massage was incredible, my facial was thorough, an I loved my hair. The spa is beautiful!!! I have not seen anything like this in Buffalo. I would pay just to use the shower. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Go treat yourself! more

Do something Good for YOU go to Excuria! 9/5/2005

I found Excuria salon while looking to purchase Bare Escentuals cosmetics. They are always friendly, very helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. They offer a wide variety of services from Massages to nails. My husband got me a Gift Certificate for there for Mother's day and I was Thrilled! more

Excuria a large 2-story salon located on Main St. in Williamsville. This beautiful salon offers cuts, colors, styles, manicures and more from experienced stylists. On the second floor there is a large and well-maintained spa with trained specialists to give you full body messages or just facials. Prices are high and parking is limited. more

A Disappointment 8/8/2005

You hear a lot of good things about Excuria, but I found it really disappointing. I've tried it a few times. The massage I had was pretty lame - I could hardly feel a thing. The girl just seemed to have weak hands. I also had a facial that was a non-event. They did not exfoliate or do an extraction - just put a few different lotions on my face - and left the room for 20 minutes to let it "soak in" - so it wasn't really an hour facial. more
