Rina's designs and fabrics are beautiful, but the customer service is horrendous! The wrong dress was ordered for my daughter's wedding and with only 20 days to the wedding, they assumed absolutely no responsibility. Not even an apology. I was told that they stopped making the dress that I ordered, so why didn't someone call me and let me know that. It was a take it or leave it attitude, and with only 20 days to the wedding I really had no choice, but to take it. That was my mistake. I should have ditched the dress. I never felt good in it because it was not the dress for me. I would never recommend anyone to go there. It is not worth the risk. Customer service is everything.
