Review content:
I have a dress that I wanted to get altered to fit my small frame. This dress is difficult to alter because it's a bias-cut 1940's silk dress with no waist seam. I first took it to anthor highly-rated Citysearch tailor, and she flat-out refused to do it, saying it was too hard. I then took it to Zvart's and she was extremely accomodating. When I picked up the dress, I saw she did a great job. She took apart and resewed the entire bust area. She also added tiny straps that you can put your bra in, to keep the dress from slipping off my shoulders, which I never would have thought of but is great idea.
