Very offensive management. My wife brought in my Rolex to be sized for her and when she went to pick it up he announced loudly, ""Pick up for FAKE Rolex..."" She was embarrassed and offended as was I. We have had repairs done there before AND bought estate jewelery from them... We will NOT being doing any more business and will suggest to all our friends that they do NOT patronize this establishment.
