Ridiculously priced repairs, that took too long to do. Plus they said my heirloom ring was un-repairable. I took it to my original jeweler on Jeweler?s Row in Philly and they said no problem. Next time I won't be lazy and head down to Philly for my repairs. more

Offensive 3/26/2011

Very offensive management. My wife brought in my Rolex to be sized for her and when she went to pick it up he announced loudly, ""Pick up for FAKE Rolex..."" She was embarrassed and offended as was I. We have had repairs done there before AND bought estate jewelery from them... We will NOT being doing any more business and will suggest to all our friends that they do NOT patronize this establishment. more
