Review content:
They make grand statements on the phone once you walk-in, it's a different story! The older lady at the reception is rude and extremely unprofessional. The ""clinician"" works the reception desk receiving customers! Customers service and attention is nonexistent. The individuals placed to welcome and help customers upon their arrival are unprofessional, have no idea how to communicate policy or treat a customer.
Cons: Unprofessional staff and the entire building smelled bad
