Like any health center, you have to wait. I found the staff pleasant but they were definitely busy. The customer service may not have been top notch but the medical staff was outstanding. As far as primary care, I saw an RN who was incredibly competent and made me feel extremely comfortable. more

Bad Costumer Service 12/1/2010

I called to confirm a Primary Care appointment. No anwer..Then the phone would disconnect automatically. I'm not liking this and I haven't gone yet. more

The very worse service and staff. No rating! 6/3/2010

They make grand statements on the phone once you walk-in, it's a different story! The older lady at the reception is rude and extremely unprofessional. The ""clinician"" works the reception desk receiving customers! Customers service and attention is nonexistent. The individuals placed to welcome and help customers upon their arrival are unprofessional, have no idea how to communicate policy or treat a customer. Cons: Unprofessional staff and the entire building smelled bad more
