the city building is a freaking trailor. the water here is terrible. they are always ""fixing"" waterpipes everywhere. once they ""fixed"" it near my house only to break a pipe on my side of the water meter they were replacing... then told me it was my problem cuz it was on my side of the meter. i ended up paying to have it fixed. besides that... water is always cloudy if not rusty. and every single night around 8pm the water pressure drops to a drizzle. litterally. still paying full price for water... i need to save up for a well.
Pros: no HOA
Cons: town does not care
