Terrible at keeping deadlines.
They don't call you to tell you if something has come up that will prevent completion of your job by the necessary deadline.
Smaller jobs get terribly neglected for larger jobs, even if smaller job came in first.
Had to wait nearly 2 months for something that would only take 30 minutes (or less) to sew.
I had to do my own follow up with this company just to make sure my job was being done in a timely fashion and not being neglected. They still missed my deadline.
Staff was rude and not empathetic to my needs.
They refused to make any exception to speed up my job even though my job had already been pushed out 5 weeks (3 weeks AFTER deadline). ... they had originally promised completion of my job within 2 weeks after I brought it to them.
I did business with this company 5 different times within the past 9 months, and each time, I had these problems.
I was very nice and courteous with this business in all my dealings with them, and they still treated me poorly.
I would never recommend this business.
