TOTALLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This shoe store is under-staffed, over-worked, and cannot deliver a quality product! Here is my story: I took my shoes to get my soles replaced on a Saturday. I was told it would be done by Wednesday for $58. Wednesday, when I arrived, was told hey did not even get to my shoes and to come the next day. Thursday I went to pick them up, and was told they need to order soles. They would deliver to my house. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday came.....no shoes. I called Tuesday, and was told they were ready. When I arrived Nick said my soles were discontinued and there was nothing he could do. He returned my shoes damaged!! He said he could replace my soles with another type that was not even made for my shoes.....for $64!!
