Review content:
We have taken our two, small dogs to get groomed here a few times. The price is reasonable; however, the customer service is very disappointing. The last two times they have said that our dogs would be ready no later than 3pm. Both times our dogs have been ready closer to 6pm. We have received no phone call letting us know our dogs would be ready 3 hours later. We bring the dogs in at 7:30am so not sure why it takes over 10 hours to complete their grooming needs. Additionally, when I called at 4pm to ask if the dogs were ready, the lady said they would be ready after 5pm (they had not even started grooming them yet!). I asked why they said the dogs would be ready at 3pm, and she stated, ""Well, there is no guarantee."" I understand that, but good customer service would at least call the customer and let them know. Then, my husband go there at 5:30 to pick up the dogs, he waited over an hour in line to get the dogs. We live less than 10 minutes from this place, and he wasn't home till 6:45 with the dogs. He said people that were in line with him also stated they would never come back to this place. They are completely unprofessional, and I hope anyone deciding to use them for grooming services rethinks their decision. It doesn't always pay to go the cheap route for dog grooming!
