While the food was OK ,the customer service was awful. Last Saturday night we arrived on time for our dinner reservation but had to wait for them to fill the table up. We were able to order but the meal was delayed because of the other guests. The chef was good but gave the other guest one of my party's food. She had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes while very one finished their food. Then at the end of the meal as we waited for someone to return from the restroom we were told that they needed the table and we needed to leave. They allow 1.5 hours for dinner and we were over our allotted time. They were the ones who contributed to this by delaying us at the beginning by making us wait for the table to fill up. Not only were they unapologetic, they thought that what they did was appropriate behavior- so much for an enjoyable experience. I will be dining at other Japanese Restaurants as they will appreciate my business. Cons: Just like any other Japanese Steakhouse
