I felt uncomfortable at Comfort Wigs at my very first visit. The only reason I returned is that it was convenient to my work and I needed a wig, due to chemotherapy. Don is arrogant and rude. He answered personal phone calls while he was supposed to be helping me. He also spent most of his time on other walk-in customers when I had appointments. He is full of himself and if you don't agree that he is just awesome (which his co-worker constantly informs you about), he treats you like dirt. My wig does not fit and when I complained that I didn't like how he fixed the hair, he just walked out and left me sitting there. It is well worth the drive to SURVIVOR GALS in Fort Worth or Plano!
