Unfortunately, I cannot give a 0 star rating. Company was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them to do a home mold inspection. Showed up on time, but the only equipment used was a thermal imaging device claiming that he could detect mold inside walls. Never took samples of the mold he found. Was told that he forgot his equipment to do an air quality test and that we would have to call back to schedule an additional appointment. When we called to make the appointment he told me that they do not do air quality testing and that I should buy a test from Home Depot. When he finally got the results to us a week later, the report he provided was incomplete or detailed and only after calling, emailing and complaining did he pull some bogus report together. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for a inspector.
