Incompetent, Dishonest, Scam artists.\r We had to provide all of the building supplies, we cleared the furniture, dishes, and contents of the kitchen cabinets. We pulled up the carpeting, padding, and upper cabinets. We did the first coat of paint on all of the walls and ceilings. We hired a friend of theirs to do a final coat in addition to any touch ups.\r \r Clean Masters, owned by Ted Borys, sent two individuals to our house to do the repairs on our house. Jimmy and Chris showed up on time, but rarely had everything they needed to complete the job. I went to Home Depot no less than twice a day every day that they were here to get more supplies, get replacement parts for their saws and sanders, and to purchase other small tools that they either broke or couldn't find. The job they did is what you'd expect from an unskilled homeowner rather than professionals. They left a HUGE mess every day, and did not remove all of the destroyed building materials. They stopped showing up for work before the project was finished.\r \r When I fired them, Mr. Borys showed up at my house with the police accusing me of stealing tools that his guys removed from my house before they stopped showing up. My autistic son was present when the two officers went through my house looking for tools that I did not have, and he heard Mr.Borys accusing me of theft and other blatantly false things.\r \r Unless you want an even bigger headache than what you are already dealing with, DO NOT hire this company! more

Unfortunately, I cannot give a 0 star rating. Company was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them to do a home mold inspection. Showed up on time, but the only equipment used was a thermal imaging device claiming that he could detect mold inside walls. Never took samples of the mold he found. Was told that he forgot his equipment to do an air quality test and that we would have to call back to schedule an additional appointment. When we called to make the appointment he told me that they do not do air quality testing and that I should buy a test from Home Depot. When he finally got the results to us a week later, the report he provided was incomplete or detailed and only after calling, emailing and complaining did he pull some bogus report together. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for a inspector. more

fast talkers, over price service. Try to tell you you are getting better equiptment than you are actually paying for. Tell you you are getting better products and service than you are paying for. Don't bring out equiptment you contracted for. Bottom line did not provide service stated in work order and leave the place a mess. SCAMMERS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
