Review content:
I had an appointment I can't get off work very often work an hour away. So I left my house in plenty time to make my appointment. I can't predict the traffic. It's not my fault to get behind construction crews I just can't pass them all and risk an accident. Not everyones clocks are set the same. I was 5 monutes late to appointment and couldn't get seen. And still had to pay my appointment fee. It's not like I was planning not to show up I had every intention to be there even called them and told them what was going on. Kuddos to the receptionists she tried to get me in, I know its not her fault, but you guys need to give us working people a break sometime, I work in a medical office if we did that to our clients we wouldn't have any left. Re think your policy please. Give a person a warning atleast. If your late over 5 minutes you will not be seen this would have been nice to know.
