Businiess name:  Caring Family Physicians

Review content:
For anyone looking for a Doctor's office, I would not suggest ""Caring Family Physicians."" Although the Physicians might be caring, the attitudes and unprofessionalism of the front desk ruins any positive attributes that the Physicians offer to their patients. The women upfront make you feel as though you should be ashamed to ask any question pertaining your visit because you might break up their social hour. The front desk is located right beside the waiting area and they openly discuss confidential information about patient's identifying them by their first name. This is not only in clear violation of HIPPA but when I am waiting to be seen, the last think I want to over hear is ""Sally's"" insurance problems and her inability to pay her bills. This is happened to be personally more then one time which is why I felt compelled to let others know the inefficiency of the office staff. Pros: Location Cons: Unprofessionalism of Office Staff
