Who ever gave Pat Smith a 7.1 is plum crazy! I had a last minute event that I needed to cater a complete dinner for 40 people. After calling around Pat was the most reasonably priced and she and her staff were very helpful with helping figure out what I needed and made great recommendations on the menu. In the end my guests were raving about the great flavor of the food and I cannot rave enough the friendly service. The short ribs are to die for!
