Review content:
I have two different friends who have went through this company and both have complained about sketchy and sleazy the process was. CMA charged both of them for made up damages and cleaning fees that pretty much negated even having a security deposit in the first place. Their places (houses) had a lot of problems and they were always trying to pin it on the them before fixing it, like they were responsible for how old and crappy the a/c unit was. I think this place stinks, and Prescott and P.V. deserve better! Thx!
