I've been a customer of Chow Downs for just under a year and they went above and beyond for me last month. My 2 dogs were being watched by a friend while I was caring for my parents out of state - my trip had to be extended by 2 weeks which depleted my dog food supplies. I called Chow Down, offered my credit card for an over the phone purchase....Instead, they told me they would take care of the food, and asked that I just come in and pay upon my return. My sitter informed me that the months worth of food was behind the counter waiting for her as promised as well as 2 dog bones. Chow Down has my business for life.
