These people take advantage of a bad situation and Make it WORSE. After the police called FCA to remove my car from the Highway, I was charged 250.00 for a less than 5 mile tow. I was ONLY allowed to pay cash and directed to am ATM machine. I was given NO PAPERWORK on the disposal of the car and for 3 months have been trying to get the paperwork faxed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
