When I pick Snow up from boarding, she's a very happy puppy. Sal and Diane groom her beautifly,and she has not had an ear infection since she has been going there. Which was always a problem before. She loves going for grooming and boarding, and we never have to worry about her! Sal and Diane are the best. I've never seen a shop where the dogs can't wait to get in for their grooming. AND NOW, THE MIDDLE OF 2010, We would like to tell Sal and Diane how sorry we all are that after trying 2 different times to get someone in the shop to accomadate your customers/ friends of all these years, and ending up with the horrid people they turned out to be., that we could no longer go there. We still love you, Sal and Diane and we're soooo sorry for all the horror that first Barbara Fennell and now Denise DiLorenzo have both put you through.Hope your retirement can soon get better and better.
