This guy is the most unethical person I have ever dealt with. I asked him to replace my pool light, he gave me a price, then he installed a different light tha cost around $1000 because the light he quoted me was not in stock, then gave me the bill. Then to make matters worse, he said, while it is more expensive these lights never break or have isses. Within 6 months the light was not working so I called numerous times, however he never made it back to my house (several times he was on vacation Mexico). Finally, when he did return to my house after several months and numerous phone calls, he simply said that the light is no longer under warranty. Funny thing is, that after he installed the light I did not order, he proudly said that these have a life-time warranty. I reported this jerk to the BBB as well. People I have never read reviews, but have now come to see the value they provide to people like myself who rely on professionals in situations like this.
