Review content:
I had to deal with this place about a year ago and was told that i owed on 2 different accounts. One account I know was paid and the other I did agree was mine. I was then asked what i could pay and told them that I could only afford $50 a month. They then told me that I had to pay $200 that day to avoid further collections and my account being transferred to the law department. I told her that I could not pay that and she hung up the phone on me. I received a call the next day only to find the same woman on the other end start screaming and yelling at me once again. I told her that I could only afford a certain amount and again was told it would go to their legal department. A week later I received a letter from an attorneys office that stated I had to be in Small claims court to go before a judge to settle. I tried calling the lawyers office and they were just as rude as IMC. The woman put me on hold without telling me and when she came back on the line she was talking and laughing with someone else in the office. Needless to say this place and the attorney they use are a joke! They are rude, inconsiderate and just down right mean! After all was settled I called to get a copy of my discharge papers showing where i had paid the bill in full and have not received them as of yet. I have called them 4 times in the last few months.
