DO NOT USE SUSANNA'S BRIDAL!!! I hired Susanna to make my custom wedding dress and, after 11 appointments and delays after delays, have ended up with a dress that is at least 1.5 inches too big in the bodice, a skirt longer on one side than the other, dirt spots all over, a bolero jacket that is uncomfortably tight (I don't think I could stand to wear it during just the ceremony much less the entire day), unfinished seams that cause the dress to lie funny, uneven gathering (some places flat, other places very full), and a couple of holes in the dress to boot. I got it in this shape just days before I need to leave for my destination wedding and have had to find another seamstress who can set everything right in very short time. I paid a lot of money and put a lot of trust in her because of the favorable reviews on this and another site (Susanna has a dry-cleaning, tailoring and upholstery business, too) and am dumbfounded how this happened. Perhaps this is an isolated event, however, based upon a number of frustrated customers I observed whenever I was at her business, I highly doubt it.
